Thus Yanfei is added to Support Tier List only at that specific constellation. Yanfei gains a small support passive at C4, but no further impactful support passives before C4.Hu Tao and Wriothesley C1 open up a new playstyle and combat rotation and maybe considered better for their power level.Xingqiu's C6 is considered his optimal constellation and is thus ranked on that power level.It is important to note that characters are evaluated in comparison with other characters in the current meta, and as such, may affect their rankings in all tier lists.
