People get offended and won't change out of spite and/or just leave the chat/voice channels. You only have one squishy healer (probably a Zenyatta who is really just trying to shoot things) who will get focused down and every "team fight" is essentially 4v6 with 2 or 3 aim heavy high skill ceiling heroes played by people who usually have neither the aim nor skill for this comp to work. Worst than just having 6 DPS, becacuse your tank is the biggest thing on your team and will get focused down. So now you have literally the WORST team comp possible. The last person guess what they're going to pick. So what do you do? You select a tank or healer. Torb, Hanzo, and Widow will be this magnificent DPS comp. Then examine it even further it's not even a good comp. Right there the game hasn't even started and your TEAM is bad (and that's just role selection). In low elo the response is typically follow by another 3 or 4 people locking in DPS and leaving the spawn.
